Game On Summer Camps Week 6
Drop Off
Drop off begins Tuesday at 8:15am and runs until 9:00am. Please enter the bottom gate of the school, closest to St. Anne’s Park, and drive around towards the Astro Pitches. Here you will be greeted by one of our workers. We will take your child directly from your car and they will go straight into the gym. PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR. Getting out of your car slows down the drop off procedure and this can lead to a backlog. We recommend that people DO NOT PARK at the front of the school and walk their child in. This again can slow down the drop off process.
Collection
Collection runs from 3pm to 4pm. Kids will be doing their last activity until 3:10pm but I understand some parents want to collect their kids at 3pm. Please drive around the same way as you do for the morning and follow instructions. Stay in your car and we will get the kids directly in the car for you. As soon as your child is in your vehicle, drive away and follow our one way system around the school and out the gate.
REMEMBER-THIS SYSTEM IS IN PLACE TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD AT DROP OFF AND COLLECTION. IF ANY STAFF MEMBER RECEIVES ANY ABUSE FROM A PARENT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAMP AND YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
What does my child need to bring?
- Your child will need comfortable clothing for the day.
- A rain jacket is a must. If it is raining heavily, we will revert to our wet timetable with all activities indoors. If the rain is very light, we will be going out in it so please make sure your child has a rain jacket.
- No football boots are allowed in the camp.
- Please make sure your child has a large packed lunch with a drink bottle. There are two main breaks in the day. 10:45am and 1:00pm. NO NUT PRODUCTS are allowed in lunches due to some children having allergies. This includes Nutella.
- Please ensure your child has sun cream on if the weather is good. Although this looks unlikely for the 2024 Summer, we will live in hope…LOL.
Grouping
All groups are pre made before camp begins. Your child will be in the same group as kids in their age group. We encourage the children to make friends through all activities in a fun and save environment. All groups are currently full, so we can NOT change groups come Tuesday morning. This is part of our terms and conditions of booking so please do not ask to swap groups come Tuesday.
Please email us if your child has permission to walk/cycle home. We will not allow kids to leave on their own unless we get this.
By attending camp on day one, you agree to follow the above guidelines.
N.B. There was an issue with the pricing of week 6 and you may have been charged for a 5 day week. The cost of the 4 day week is 130euro for child 1, 120euro for child 2 and 110euro for any children after this. All refunds have been processed and will take up to 10 working days to process.
